At Wans Studio, we create simple, elegant images. Each composition celebrates form and texture, light and color. We apply a "painter's appreciation" to a found object or an article in nature, raising it from the level of the everyday to that of the extraordinary.

Images are created using transparency film in a traditional 4x5 or 8x10 view camera, which is then scanned and printed by hand using a wide format archival printer. Images are created in-camera - there is never any manipulation.

Each work is a limited-edition print on heavyweight fine art paper, using the highest quality archival materials. These giclee prints are known to last well over a century - far beyond a chemical process color print. We personally mat and frame each piece to archival standards.
